Public Record Nominee

This service provides your LLC with a nominee officer and director to keep your name off of state public records. Nevada state law requires that a LLC file an annual list of Managing Members/Managers. Owners of Nevada Corporations and LLCs though are not required to be listed on state records; only the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Directors, Managing Members/Managers and Directors. By appointing a nominee officer for the annual filing, your name is kept off of the state record. After the public records are filed, the nominee resigns, and you become the officer of the company.
